Since the early 1990's I have been passionate about drawing portraits of people close to me, as well as, famous musicians and celebrities I adore. My choice of art medium is black charcoal against a smooth white finish on heavy paper. I dabble in color charcoal with my black and white pieces when I feel it will bring out certain personality traits of my subject. I'm based in Santa Barbara California.
